If a player disconnects, they can rejoin and continue playing as long as the match hasn't ended. However, if they don't rejoin before the match ends, they automatically lose. This policy exists to prevent players from faking disconnects or "lag" to avoid a loss. If you believe there was a legitimate issue, you can report the match and our moderators will review the recording and determine the outcome.

Our app automatically captures and sends your gameplay recording when the match ends. Players then submit their outcome (won, lost, or report a violation). If both sides agree on the result, the match resolves instantly and the winner receives their payout. If there's a disagreement or a violation is reported, our trained AI analyzes the recording to determine the winner, and a moderator reviews the case for accuracy before releasing the payout. Go to "My Matches", find the disputed match, click the menu (three dots), and select "Dispute Result". Provide a detailed explanation and our moderators will review the case.

Most disputes are resolved within 24-48 hours. Complex cases may take longer. You'll be notified via the app when your dispute is reviewed.

You can appeal the decision through our support system. Appeals are reviewed by senior moderators who weren't involved in the original decision.
